Lance J. Washington | President
Lance brings a powerful combination of athletic experience, community leadership, and financial expertise to our organization. A proud CCSU alumnus with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Lance is a former high school and college football player who has spent years coaching youth athletes and making a meaningful impact both on and off the field.
From serving as Treasurer on nonprofit executive boards to contributing to the Bristol Youth Commission, Lance has consistently shown his commitment to youth development, mentorship, and responsible stewardship. His passion for empowering young athletes and building strong community connections is at the heart of our mission.
As President, Lance will lead the Bell City Broncos with a focus on:
- Strategic leadership and organizational oversight
- Building strong community and sponsor relations
- Driving youth program development and growth
- Ensuring compliance, transparency, and operational excellence
Lance is known for his unwavering integrity, hands-on leadership style, and genuine commitment to creating opportunities for every child who steps onto the field.

Alicia M. Washington | Vice President
Alicia (pronounced uh-lee-see-ya) is a seasoned marketing and business management professional with over 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and serving on nonprofit boards and committees. She has proudly served the Bristol community as Chairwoman of the Diversity Council, where she championed equity, inclusion, and meaningful engagement.
For the past five years, Alicia has dedicated her energy and leadership to the youth football community—serving as Communications Director, Assistant Coach, and Equipment Manager. Her passion for youth development, community impact, and organizational excellence drives her work both on and off the field.
As Vice President, Alicia will support the Bell City Broncos with a focus on:
- Operational and board support
- Financial tracking, reporting, and accountability
- Records management, communication, and compliance
- Internal & external communication management
- Marketing strategy, branding, and outreach
Alicia is known for her collaborative spirit, innovative problem-solving, and deep commitment to empowering teams and strengthening community programs.

Alberto "Tito" Correa | Director of Football
Coach Correa is a veteran youth football coach and administrator with over 25 years of experience leading and transforming inner-city football programs. He began coaching in 2002 and has since built a reputation as a steady, knowledgeable, and highly respected leader within youth sports.
He served as President for three organizations and Director of Football for four, bringing structure, accountability, and long-term vision to every program he joins. His athletic background as a dual-sport athlete in both high school and college fuels his player-first approach and deep understanding of athletic development. He holds a degree in Psychology from Mitchell College, which strengthens his leadership style, communication skills, and ability to connect with athletes and families.
He is also the co-founder of the New England Youth Football Forum and Podcast, a platform with national reach that amplifies youth sports voices, highlights best practices, and brings together coaches and leaders from across the country.
As Director of Football, he will lead with a focus on:
- Overseeing player development pathways
- Developing & mentoring coaches
- Installing and maintaining football-specific systems & modern techniques
